· The Minnesota Detainee Assistance Program, operated jointly with
Minnesota Advocates for Human Rights, Centro Legal and area law schools, provides
representation for detainees in custody, assists in filing asylum applications
and presents appeals in court. More information...
· The Pro Bono Project trains non-immigration attorneys in naturalization
representation and then pairs them with our naturalization clients. The project
also pairs experienced attorneys with more complex cases like domestic abuse and

· The East Metro HIV/AIDS Legal Services Project is a collaboration
with the Minnesota AIDS Project to provide immigration legal services, human service
referrals and prevention education to immigrants and their families at high risk
of being infected with or transmitting HIV. More

· The Legal Supervision of Non-Legal Community Organizations Project
allows community organizations like the Neighborhood House to provide immigration
advice and assistance to Minnesota's newest refugees with the supervision and
expertise of ILCM as an important legal partner.
· The Worthington Immigration Project provides legal representation
and coordination of education to immigrant individuals and families living in
rural Minnesota, primarily in the Worthington area.
